Acceptance By purchasing/enrolling, you agree to these Conditions of Sale and any terms shown at checkout.
Prices & GST All prices are shown in AUD and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise). Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already paid.
Payment Payment must be received in full before access is provided, unless an approved payment plan is offered at checkout. If a payment plan is selected, access may be suspended if a scheduled payment fails.
Delivery / Access Course access is provided digitally (e.g., via email/link or learning portal). You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring you can receive messages (including checking spam/junk).
Licence & Permitted Use Your purchase grants a single-user licence unless expressly stated as a multi-user/team licence. You must not share login details, redistribute files, record/repost content, or provide course materials to third parties.
Intellectual Property All course content and materials remain the intellectual property of the provider (and/or licensors). No copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
Refunds (Digital Content) Because the course includes immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once access is delivered, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Guarantees (ACL) Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the ACL. If the course has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For non-major failures, we may remedy the issue within a reasonable time.
Transfers / Substitutions Enrolments are not transferable to another person unless the provider approves in writing. If approved, transfers may incur an administration fee.
Course Changes The provider may update course content, delivery method, or schedules to maintain accuracy or compliance. Where a live session is included, dates may change; reasonable notice will be provided.
Technical Requirements You’re responsible for having suitable internet access, device/software, and any required accounts. No refunds are provided for incompatibility or inability to access due to your technical setup.
Conduct The provider may suspend or terminate access (without refund) for harassment, unlawful conduct, misuse of materials, or behaviour that disrupts delivery/community spaces.
Disclaimers (Education / Compliance) Course content is general educational information and does not constitute legal advice. You should obtain independent advice for your specific workplace, regulatory, or compliance circumstances.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profit, business interruption). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
Privacy Personal information is handled in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy and used to administer enrolment, deliver the course, and provide support/updates related to your purchase.
